Cancellation Policy

Tuition will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if written (emailed or faxed) notification is received by NSS-NRS up to two weeks prior to the seminar. Two weeks to 72 hours prior to seminar date: 50% refund; 72 hours or less: no refund. NSS-NRS reserves the right to cancel up to 7 days prior to the seminar date. If cancelled by NSS-NRS full tuition refunds will be issued. Substitutions are permitted if NSS-NRS is notified in advance.
