Reviews

"I work in an inpatient rehab setting and encourage my patients who mouth breathe to nose breathe. I learned even more about the negative effects of mouth breathing and the positive effects of nose breathing in this course and feel more confident to do more than just gently suggest they try to switch. I did tongue thrust therapy for 15 years and had to get my mouth breathing kids to switch to nose breathing. Never thought to also have them do movement activities, we only did "resting breathing" during quiet activities. My clients were referred by dentists and orthodontists. I was given good feedback of progress because they took measurements before starting therapy." K.O. (Feb. 2024)
